What happens at training?

Our training sessions use simple drills to ensure players:

  • Have fun
  • Get fit, and build agility and coordination
  • Learn as much about the game of football as possible
  • Build confidence and team spirit
  • Learn organisation skills

Our drills focus on ensuring players spend as much time as possible with the ball at their feet. This builds confidence with the ball while increasing fitness and stamina at the same time.
We have plenty of coaches and volunteers on deck to help players with drills and ensure everyone is included, gets the most out of training and has fun.
Each training session includes game-time.
